General Terms

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the escape room booking service offered by Jose Molina Ribera (hereinafter, “Cronoroom”) through its website.

2. SERVICE OBJECT

Cronoroom offers an entertainment service consisting of themed escape rooms where participants must solve riddles and overcome challenges to complete a mission within a time limit.

3. BOOKINGS

3.1 Booking process

  • Bookings are made through the online booking system or by phone
  • Payment is required to confirm a booking
  • The customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details

3.2 Confirmation

  • The booking will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the booking information

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT
  • Prices may vary depending on the room, the number of participants and the date
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer

5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

5.1 Cancellations by the customer

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund
  • Cancellations between 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: no refund
  • Failure to attend (no-show): no refund

5.2 Modifications

  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • They can be made at no cost more than 48 hours in advance
  • Changes must be requested by email or phone

5.3 Cancellations by Cronoroom

  • In the event of force majeure or technical issues, Cronoroom reserves the right to cancel a booking
  • In such case, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered

5.4 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply, as these are leisure services with a specific date and time.

6. ROOM RULES

6.1 Minimum age

  • The minimum age to participate is 5 years
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • In the case of minors, the booking must be made by their parent or legal guardian, who assumes responsibility during the activity

6.2 Number of participants

  • Each room has a minimum and maximum number of participants
  • This information is specified in each room description

6.3 Behaviour

  • Participants must follow staff instructions
  • Intentionally damaging equipment or decorations is prohibited
  • Food or drinks are not allowed inside the rooms
  • Smoking or consuming prohibited substances is forbidden

6.4 Punctuality

  • It is recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes before the booked time
  • Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in losing the booking

7. LIABILITY

7.1 Cronoroom’s liability

  • Cronoroom undertakes to keep the facilities in safe condition
  • It is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

7.2 Customer liability

  • The customer is responsible for any intentional damage caused to the facilities
  • Participants must follow safety rules at all times

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Cronoroom shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Cronoroom reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions. Changes shall take effect from their publication on the website.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Gandia.
